Shipping UPS is our preferred shipping provider. Please keep in mind that even though we
have a shipping calculator on our site it will not add the extra charges that are incurred
with oversize items. UPS not only goes by weight and destination, rates are also determined
by the size of the package being shipped. You will be notified of oversize charges before
we do any billing to your credit card. We will add the remark: Oversized to the product
description. We normally ship within 2-5 business days if the item is in stock. If there is
a delay due to out of stock items you will be notified. Some of our items are shipped direct
from the manufacturer and may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will add the remark: Ships From
Manufacturer in the product description.
Returns
Please read our return policy very carefully. If you have any quesions regarding any of our
products please call us or email us. We will be more than happy to answer your questions.
We strive to offer quality products and we also want you to be happy with the merchandise that
you purchase from us. We ask that you inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it.
Please notify us of any damages within four days of receipt of your order. We will have the
product picked up by UPS and your account will be refunded as soon as we receive the merchandise
back. Shipping will not be refunded. If you simply are not satisfied with the product you may
return the product to us in the original packaging. The shipping charges incurred to send the
merchandise back will be at the customers expense. Shipping will not be refunded from the
original order.
